Tungsten Alloy Manufacturer

Chinatungsten is leading tungsten alloy manufacturer. As tungsten alloy metal manufacturer, we most commonly use powder metallurgy process. Compared with other types of powder metallurgy, it has to meet higher requirements while manufacturing tungsten, than iron and copper powder based manufacturing. Workshop should be in air- conditioned room, very clean and dry environment is needed. No dust, foreign particles, etc. Very well trained and highly skilled technical staff in essential.

Tungsten Alloy Manufacturer

Our company is a professional tungsten alloy manufacturer.  Our machinery consist of high-energy ball milling, automatic vibration sieve (wiping the screen) machines, the tonnage presses, automatic presses and single band, doubled with hydrogen sintering furnace and powerful vacuum sintering furnace. During many year of growth process, our enterprise has accumulated many valuable employees representing wide range of standards, non-elevation it experience and ability. We are now able to offer our customers in China and abroad a unique manufacturing experience. We are able to supply various products exactly following specifications and requirements of the high proportion of tungsten alloy products. We are able to design, develop and manufacture any special products according to the actual needs of the customer. We strive to meet every customer's expectations and deliver product that will satisfy customer's every need.

Chinatungsten Online is based in Xiamen City, enjoying convenient location between vast China tungsten deposits and deep-water seaport. We are professional tungsten alloy manufacturer, who specializes in manufacturing and offering various tungsten alloy products and other related products.

As leading tungsten alloy manufacturer, we would like to give you a brief introduction of our technology. Powder Metallurgy comprises a family of production technologies, which tungsten alloy process a feedstock in powder form to manufacture components of various types. These production technologies generally involve all or most of the following process steps:

1. Powder production

2. Mixing of powders. This can often involve the introduction of alloying additions in elemental powder form or the incorporation of a pressing lubricant.

3. Forming of the mixed powder into a compact. The dominant consolidation process involves pressing in a rigid toolset, comprising a die, punches and, possibly, mandrels or core rods. However, several other consolidation processes are several other consolidation processes that are used in niche applications.

4. Sintering of the form to enhance integrity and strength form. Tungsten alloy manufacturer process step involves heating of the material, usually in a protective atmosphere, to a temperature that is below the melting point of the major constituent. In some cases, a minor constituent can form a liquid phase at sintering temperature; such cases are described as liquid phase sintering. The mechanisms involved in solid phase and liquid phase sintering are discussed briefly in a later section.

5. Secondary operations. The application of finishing processes to the sintered part. In the powder metallurgy industry, such processes are often referred to as "secondary operations".

The majority of current uses for WHAs (tungsten heavy alloy) are best satisfied with the W-Ni-Fe system. Alloys such as 93W-4.9Ni-2.lFe and 95W-4Ni-lFe represent common compositions. The addition of cobalt to a W-Ni-Fe alloy is a common approach for slight enhancement of both strength and ductility. The presence of cobalt within the alloy provides solid solution strengthening of the binder and slightly enhanced tungsten-matrix interfacial strength. Cobalt additions of 5 to 15% of the nominal binder weight fraction are most common.

As to be special properties and special tungsten alloy manufacturer, tungsten alloy material is usually used for tungsten alloy radiation shielding, tungsten alloy crankshaft, tungsten alloy counterweight, tungsten alloy fishing sinkers, etc.
